Terms and conditions

As a consumer you are responsible to read the terms and conditions that exists. In order to shop at Maisstore you must be 18 years old or have your guardian’s permission. All personal information you give while ordering is handled confidential.  Prices are in the choosen currency and are inclusive of VAT (25%).

Order confirmation

Within one day after you have placed your order we sent an order confirmation to the specified e-mail with order details and order number. In contact with costumer service please report your order number.

Returns policy

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. The product must be unused in original packaging with unbroken seals. The consumer pays for the return shipping to Maisstore. The goods are the consumers responsibility until they reach Maisstore.

We recommend you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
